Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right under Dutch law to exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving your order. This means you can return the product without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which:
- You, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the product
- In the case of multiple products in one order: the day you receive the last product
2. Conditions for returns
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in new condition
- The original packaging must be intact
- All accompanying accessories and documentation must be complete
- The product must not have been used (unless necessary for inspection)
Please note: You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, but not use it. Any decrease in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product will be at your expense.
3. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised in nature
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g. menstrual cups after opening)
- Digital products where delivery has commenced with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
- Products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life
4. Return procedure
To return a product, follow these steps:
- Notify us of your return
Send an email to with your order number and which product you wish to return. You can also use our contact form. - Receive return instructions
We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours with the return address and any further instructions. - Ship the product
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and send it within 30 days to the return address provided.
5. Return costs
The costs of returning products are at your own expense, unless:
- The product was received defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- We have indicated otherwise
6. Refund
After receiving your return, we will:
- Inspect the product for condition and completeness
- Refund the full purchase amount within 5 days
- Issue the refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products.
Please note: Any shipping costs from your original order will not be refunded, unless the entire order is returned or the product was defective.
7. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 2 days
- Take photos of the damage or defect
- Keep the original packaging
- We will arrange free return shipping and a full refund or replacement
8. Warranty
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you are also entitled to the statutory warranty. Products must conform to the agreement, and any defects that arise within 2 years of purchase may be covered under warranty. Please contact us for warranty claims.

9. Disputes
All agreements between Matcare COM and the consumer are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the district where Matcare COM is established, unless the law provides otherwise.
This return policy has been drawn up in accordance with Dutch legislation, including the Distance Selling Act and Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code.
