Shipping

After shipping, you can expect the following delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 2–3 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Orders placed before 21:30 are shipped the same day (on business days). Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

We work with reliable carriers to deliver your order safely and quickly:

• Netherlands and Belgium: PostNL / Bpost
• Rest of Europe: PostNL / DHL

All packages are shipped with track & trace, so you can follow your order.

After shipping, you will automatically receive an email with your track & trace code. You can use it to follow your package:

• Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for the shipping confirmation
• Click the track & trace link in the email
• Follow your package from our warehouse to your door

Your package will be delivered to the address you provided:

• Home delivery: The package is delivered to your door. If you are not home, the carrier will leave a notice
• Letterbox: Small packages that fit through the letterbox will be delivered there
• Pickup point: If you are not home, you can often collect your package at a nearby pickup point

We currently ship to all European countries. For countries outside Europe, please contact us to discuss options.

Having trouble with your delivery? Here's what to do:

• Package not received: Check your track & trace first. If the package has been returned to sender, please contact us
• Damaged package: Take photos and contact us immediately
• Wrong address: Contact us as soon as possible so we can try to adjust the delivery
• Delay: Check the track & trace information. For significant delays, please contact us
